Card Required: A card is needed to book appointments but is only charged after
services unless cancellation policies are violated.
Cancellations
Notify us at least 72 hours in advance via website or phone (no texts or
voicemails).
Fees:
- 72+ hours: No charge.
- 48-72 hours: 50% of service cost.
- <24 hours: Full service cost.
Salon Policies
No Animals/Children: For comfort, no animals or small children allowed.
No Smoking: Smoking/vaping prohibited.
Phone Use: Use headphones and minimize noise.
Punctuality: Arrive on time; >15 min late may result in rescheduling with full charge.
Missed Appointments: No-shows charged 100% of service.
Service Disruptions: No long breaks; unrelated activities like texting or eating not
allowed during procedures.
Health Conditions: Inform us of fungal or skin issues in advance; infected nails may
be refused with full charge.
Personal Materials: Waiver required if using your own materials.
Right to Refuse Service: Inappropriate behavior or creating discomfort may lead to
refusal of service.
